Belarus (free) 03:26
Belarus the change should be at hand, dictatorship come to an end. Belarus you're always on our mind, your freedom fight not left behind... Remember all your yesterdays, in the deep blue, before oppression came and rested there, on you.... And if your peaceful protests are being met with fear, the need for change won't disappear. So you should march in the street, continue your demands, we will hold you by the hand. Remember.......

about

This is a song that we did in support of the People of Belarus who are demanding democracy in the face of oppression..
It's also in a sense one of the directions we like to explore in music, combining our love of Loud Music with more Traditional Music...
It features a vocal contribution by Oceansgreywaves15, who also did the video which is available on the Floki Medvěd channel on YouTube.
As the original music is by The Levellers and Viktor Tsoi (don't worry, the lyrics are ours), we don't want to charge money for this track, but please feel free to support the People of Belarus!

about

Hailander Zaandam, Netherlands

1987 sees the birth of "Highlander Mad Metal", distinguishing themselves because of an electronic bagpipe with amps set at 11.
1995 to 1997 were transition years, as the Hard Rock band came to an end & steps were made towards Folk.
The same enthusiasm, passion & humor continued in Hailander.
Now we are working on merging both styles.
